Peter King's take on Buffalo
Some awesome tidbits from peter king's monday morning quarterback:
"c. It would be impossible to look more like a football player, on and off the field, than Paul Posluszny, the Buffalo rookie middle linebacker. I saw his second and third practices as a pro. He moves with confidence and aggressiveness before and after the snap.
d. Next big offensive line star in the NFL: Buffalo left tackle Jason Peters."
AND
"2. I think in the practices I saw, J.P. Losman looked better in Buffalo than Ben Roethlisberger looked in Pittsburgh. That's not to dog Big Ben either, because he looked fine adjusting to Bruce Arians' new offense. But on successive plays into a stiff breeze at St. John Fisher College on Friday afternoon, Losman completed a 47-yard go route to Roscoe Parrish, then pump-faked to the right and lasered a 32-yarder up the left sideline to Lee Evans. Never thought I'd say this, but the Bills have their quarterback of the future in Losman."

I know we all already knew this, but it's nice to see mainstream guys take notice.
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

Hmm...
As for the Losman quote, it strikes me as extremely encouraging because I, too, have been reading good reports on Big Ben coming out of Pittsburgh. We did know this, krukow, but it's always a huge confidence boost when somebody else says it, isn't it?

One other point, sir...
"I think Marshawn Lynch impressed me off the field the other day, after showing terrific moves on the field. Lynch was telling me how much he loves to watch Michael Vick play, and how last year at Cal he never watched much football, but every time Vick was on, it was appointment TV. And I asked him if he thought Vick was getting a fair shake and if he thought the charges against him were fair. (Which, of course, Lynch can't know. But I was trolling for his opinion in case he had a strong one.)
"I don't feel I'm in a place to have an opinion on that,'' he said. "I don't know anything about the case. So I really shouldn't say anything.''
Maybe Deion Sanders should go to the Marshawn Lynch School of Intelligence.
One other thing about Lynch. I asked him about his goals for the season and how good he thought he could be as a rookie. "I haven't even put on the pads yet,'' he said. "We can't know about that yet. I'm just getting comfortable here. Guys have been doing this for years and I just got here.'' Impressive kid, at least at first glance."
