I don't know about you guys but I have been pleasantly surprised by the Bills rushing game near the goal line and disappointed pretty much everywhere else. With the Dolphin's playing a 3-4 defense, I think this works to the rushing game's advantage.
Marshawn's problem is not hitting holes. ONce he hits them he can usually get a bunch of yards. Playing the 3-4 should allow him to get a head of steam by the time he hits the line as opposed to trying to run between or past two big DTs. Plus with the phins' NT probably sitting out, it should be showtime in the second level with Corey McIntyre doing what he does best and knocking Joey Porter all over the place on some runs. I am excited to see our blockers reach the second level this week and hit some backs and I am confident they will do that.
The Bills had some success running the sweep last week, most noticeably on the TD run by Lynch but I want them to absolutely pound the ball this week. Thoughts?
