Get Bease Mode going
As I sat around most of the day watching every other team in the NFL play football anxiously awaiting monday night, I started to realize just how much of a must win this is for the Bills. As Miami squeaked by the Raiders, it became even more so. Usually, Im never overly confident in the Bills ability to win ball games because over the years they have always found a way to lose big games or make stupid mistakes to ruin games/seasons. But my feeling about the game tomorrow is that we are gonna take it by at least 10 points because the players, after a comfortable and satisfying start to the season, have realized that every single game from now on is a must win after losing 3 in a row. These guys will be playing with a huge sense of urgency in front of the home fans, and we all know just how crazy Ralph Wilson got last year against Dallas in that tragic game. I will say that if the Bills lost tomorrow, I would be completely shocked. Not that I think the Browns are that bad, I just think this team realizes just what it needs to do now and is fed up with the way they have been playing. Cleveland brings some serious offensive weapons to the table, but I think that Edwards can take advantage of a weak secondary and Marshawn will hopefully have somewhat sizeable holes to run through. All in all, Im gonna predict a 24-13 win tomorrow, and be completely blown away if they lose, taking them more or less out of the playoff picture and again stomping on every buffalo fans heart after a start for the ages.

Or as Marshawn puts it...
Yeeuh, Beeth Mode
I think things will go as you have said IF the Bills can pressure Brady Quinn and keep their running game IN CHECK. We don’t even have to shut Jamal Lewis down, just make sure that the Browns need to use Quinn on 3rd downs. If Quinn is comfortable enough to start getting through his progressions then he will look like an NFL QB is supposed to, but he’s a young guy and if the Bills get in his face he’ll make mistakes/inaccurate throws.

Marshawn
If anybody just watched the Cowboys game tonight, you saw EXACTLY how we should be using Lynch. The Cowboys have struggled running the ball of late, mostly due to Romo’s absense, but also due to uninspired and poor OL play. Tonight they ran Marion Barber, a guy Lynch is similar to, a lot on delayed draws and pitches to the outside. Keep in mind, Barber is not a big play guy and is more of a grinder who does most of the damage on his own. They got him out into space and let him pick and hit holes, and it worked perfectly as they were running out the clock in the 4th Q.
I hope Schonert is able to utilize Lynch the same way because that is the blueprint for our running game right there. I have a feeling it’s not going to happen though

No. I haven’t been impressed w/Garrett this year. He’s got a stud like Barber who he only truly rides sporadically. But yeah, he probably is a smarter coordinator than the Turk at this point….

Delayed Draws? Pitches?
What language are you speaking of? Surely there are no such things as these.

running is so crucial
If we can run we can keep the Browns dangerous offense off the field and can slash away at the clock, which will put more pressure on Quinn to throw. I think Lynch is the key to this game; Brad Butler couldn’t be coming back a game too soon.

Fun stat
Of the 14 games played so far this week where the game didn’t result in a tie, 11 of the 14 winning teams outrushed the loser. Only Indy, New Orleans and Tennessee came out on top after rushing for fewer yards. I’m not sure how strong the correlation is between winning and outrushing an opponent, but I think it’s safe to say we need to get the running game going if we want to end up making the playoffs this year.

Ask and you shall receive. 33 touches, 177 yards. Hell of a game.
