Superstitious Confession
So the Bills rack up the second most points ever, blow the cheifs out of the water....
And I didn't watch. Nope. I was tired and not feeling well and I didn't feel like walking down to the bar to watch the game-and we kicked the snot out of KC.
So, here is the question-do I go and watch next week? Have I locked myself into NOT watching since NOT watching was what I did when they ended the streak?
Any advice?
How about any of you-did you do anything different this week than you did in previous weeks? Anything we can keep doing to help the team out?
(A post just for fun, obviously)

I didn't watch and they won
Of course, I didn’t see them lose against the Pats either.

Nothing to do but test it out. Don’t watch until they lose again. :)

I think I'll write Ralph Wilson
Tell him that my not watching helped and he should send me free stuff.
I remember when I lived in WNY the Bills were 6-0 with me in attendance. I always wanted to try and write to someone to get a Super Bowl ticket.
The Bills are 1-1 on the Road since I moved btw..

I missed much of the 1st Q, up until we were down 14-10. After I was able to get home and get the TV on, we went on to outscore them 44-17. I’ll take credit where credit is due!
I’ve been forced to miss a solid chunk of the Seattle, Jacksonville, St Louis and due to the electricity issues, the Chargers game.
I saw the Oakland, Arizona, Dolphins, Jets, Pats and Browns games in their entirety or missed a series or two tops.
It looks like when I miss a portion of the game live, we do quite well. I guess this Sunday I’ll have to miss much of the 1st Q or something….

Good call...
Just watch a little bowling or something on ESPN before you switch over ;)

I think you can keep watching. My belief is that something has to happen more than once before you have to worry about superstitions. Like if you missed two straight Bills games and they won them both, then you probably shouldn’t watch the next one, but I wouldn’t worry about one game. That said, I wore my Syracuse football jersey to celebrate the Notre Dame win and I will definitely have that on again next sunday.

I didn't have any Bills gear on
Maybe I’ll stick to that. Also-there were only two of the core group at the bar yesterday, and since one of them can’t go maybe I can fill in the other spot.
Plus the game is on FOX-so who knows how that will affect the superstition rules :)

Also, I really wanted to bust out yet another Michael Scott line from The Office when I saw this title. So I’m going to.

I wore a cunnigham Eagles Jersey
And I cheered for the Eagles to beat the Ravens (think wild card spot fellas)….as far as superstitions go, I don’t think I can go to Ravens game every week.
BUT….the last time I wore my Cunningham jersey was the St. Loius game…
