Interesting clause in Parcells contract

When the Dolphins are sold parcel has the option of leaving the organization and still retain all the money hes supposed to make over the next 3 years (thats 9 million dollars). The dolphins are being sold this off season to some guy from ny. It is very possible that parcell would become available and I dont think even ralph is that senile (yet) to not go after him. I mean he has an amazing track record and theres going to b a "change" in the front office.

I love to dream but...

This one is too much. I would love to have Parcells in Buffalo but I can’t see how that could happen so I certainly would not get my hopes up. By far and large there is absolutely nobody that I would like more than him.

An interesting angle is that he obviously likes the AFC East and Buffalo is the only place where he has not coached. He just made Miami contenders again and maybe he’d like to do it with Buffalo, just to prove that he’s still got it! I am not certain but I think that he doesn’t get along that well with Belichick so to get the opportunity to do it to them twice would probably be interesting to him. And I know that Wilson likes Parcells.

Parcells to Buffalo

It would complete his swing around the AFC East. Here’s the only thing – Wilson doesn’t like ceding control. He did it with Donahoe and was mad about it. We’ll see but I highly doubt either side wants it.

Parcells is a whole different animal

as compared to Donahoe. Donahoe cared about his perception while Parcells could care less about what other people think. his ego is stroked by fielding another winning team. my only concern with Parcells is his penchent for leaving quickly.

Unrationally

I can’t stand the idea of the Tuna in Buffalo. He has beat this team with more different organizations at key times than any other coach I can think of. It would be like the Joker and Batman teaming up at the end of the movie. (gag reflex)

Irrational. Right. How come my built-in spell check let me say ‘unrationally?’

Still, I have a bad feeling about Parcells. Just saying. Not defending, as you can see, except for the Joker/Batman thing. BUT if he comes to town, I would be pretty surprised, because I unrationally think he dislikes Buffalo.

I do agree he knows his stuff. Much respect.
