Leodis McKelvin seems like the "it" pick of the moment for the Bills. Here's a look at possibly the newest Bill...

I like the return clips
But I would have liked to see some tackling shots. If he “tackles” like Deion Sanders, that would suck.
The time has come for someone to put his foot down. And that foot is me.

Tackling.
Ditto on that. One thing I liked, and this might sound stupid to some, is that he acted like he’d been there before when scoring the TDs. I always liked that little “Barry Sanders” trait in a guy…

Thurman too, no dancing just hand the ball to the ref, give some high fives and go to the sideline.

What the heck is up with the music in that video?
McKelvin is (slowly) growing on me. I think he’s a little tougher than people give him credit for and can play well in a Cover 2. What’s important is that McKelvin is at his absolute best when he’s giving receivers a lot of cushion and reading receivers (not necessarily in a zone scheme); that’s exactly what Perry Fewell prefers in his cornerback play (much to the chagrin of many Bills fans). Perhaps that has a lot to do with why the Bills supposedly like him.

I can't hear the music
My office computer doesn’t have any speakers (probably for the best) so I missed it.

You’re lucky. It’s like carnival meets disco meets migraine. I dislike it immensely. Get your mute buttons ready, folks.

The clip wasn't exactly a ringing endorsement for him...
So he can return punts and pick up cheap INT’s/fumbles. I’m more worried about his tackling and ball skills. I’m still way to hesitant to like him. I would probably grow to like him, but I don’t really at this point.

Agreed
We already have two of the top returnmen in the game, KR/PR shouldn’t play a major consideration at 11. I like Leon Hall better than McKelvin, don’t know as much about Jenkins, DRC is intriguing, but a project and an mediocre fit. I doubt they’d be available, but I’d love Flowers or Cason with KC’s 2nd if we get it or at 41.
I still maintain we should address WR, TE, and DE before CB.

I tend to agree

I don’t see the need for a CB to start right away and I’m not sure any CB in this draft would be that player anyhow. I’d much rather take a middle round CB with some upside to grow into a role with the defense. We have bigger needs, namely those you mentioned. I hope we fill those first.
