Thanks, RabidBuffalo, for posting this.

I think the big thing here is that it was two years ago and he’s made no mistakes since while remaining highly productive on the field. Keep these issues in the back of your mind, sure, but don’t let it prohibit you from seeing this kid’s potential. He’s going to make Edwards’ job easy inside the red area.

Hardy

wasn’t there also something about him being suspended 2 games by his coach for some conduct detrimental to the team?

I also think you can’t let his potential tds cloud you from his possible problems off the field.

But I’m willing to forgive (but not forget – or is it the other way around) and hope that he’s learned his lesson.

Was there a reason why he wasn’t a first rounder?

That’s a fair point about going in the reverse direction. Like I said… they’re at the back of my mind, and for now, he’s forgiven. I’m looking forward to seeing this kid on the field.

I suppose it's like anything else

As long as he performs on the feild and stays clean off of it, nobody will remember. For better or worse I guess.

The time has come for someone to put his foot down. And that foot is me.

Hardy

If anyone’s girlfriend, wife or mistress is watching a Bills game, don’t ever mention his past. And if you do, don’t explain how it happened over 2 years ago and he’s been clean since.

It won’t be a pretty sight.
