Is anyone up to date on if Roscoe has been convicted of DWI/DUI and if so - Is that not an automatic suspension?  How long would the suspension be?

Have not seen any mention of a hearing, settlement or court date.  Really disappointed he pulled a Bruce "asleep at the wheel" Smith act.  Too bad at 168 lbs Roscoe can't claim obstructive sleep apnea like Bruce did.  Good lawyer #78 had there!

The possibility of a suspension makes the McKelvin and - long term - the Steve Johnson picks that much bigger.  Here's hoping Roscoe learned his lesson and take advantage of the league mandated counseling he will get.
