Bills 5th round pick Alvin Bowen suffered an apparent right knee injury when he was attempting to close and make a tackle in the flat. Bowen was carted from the field. [The extent of the injury is not currently known, but Bills head coach Dick Jauron does not expect Bowen to play in the 2008 season.]

That stinks
I was hoping for Bowen to become a ST mainstay for us. I also was hoping he’d get a few chances on D and could potentially end up fighting for Crowell’s open spot next year….
