I dont know what Tubbs injury is but the article says he is out. Bryant is out which will hurt any DL rotation. We might see Triplett starting against us Week 1. THat is obviously good news as we all know. Getting off to a fast start is important and it looks like the Seahawks have some DT issues which can help Lynch and Co.
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

Patrick Kerney has missed time with a calf strain and Rocky Bernard has surgery for a double hernia. Let’s hope these injuries are still bothersome come week 1.

Oh, ugh. Don't say this kind of stuff my man....
“Let’s hope these injuries are still bothersome”
That’s just a way of wishing bad karma comes our way….

that is true
but can it truly be any worse for us??
I’ll change it…Let’s hope their conditioning creates issues for Seattle’s DL in week 1.

im not that worried about the seahawks. I think that our team (especially our front 7) will dominate. as long as peters is signed by the end of training camp…

what does peters signing have to do with the domination of the Bills' front seven exactly?

Well, for all of us Red Bryant lovers out there
We will get to find out real quick what the Bills might have had if they had taken him in the 4th if the injuries to the Seahawks DL continue to linger into the start of the season.
I’m torn, I thought he was a good player, so I want him to do well, but I don’t want him to do well because we passed on him. Argh, I hate being in this situation. OK, heres hoping Red does poorly against us, and well the rest of the season so the FO realizes that they made a mistake not taking him instead of say, Fine.
Fear the mighty helmet wearing gopher, he is coming for your soul....

Red Bryant is one of the injured Seahawk DTs. He injured his knee at practice and will miss at least a month. Considering that he is a rookie who will miss all of training camp and the preseason, he still won’t play much or at all week 1 if the doctors clear him to play.
These injuries shouldn’t help Buffalo too much as almost all of the Seahawk DTs should be back and 100% for the Bills game.
to summarize:
The Seahawks have 7 DTs on their roster.
Rocky Bernard – The starting under tackle. A disruptive penetrating player. Probably their best DT.
Had offseason foot and hernia surgery. Is back practicing now and will be 100% by the season opener.
Brandon Mebane – The starting nose tackle.
Healthy
Marcus Tubbs – Backup nose tackle.
had ACL surgery in August of 2007. Had a second surgery in April and will miss most or all of training camp. Should be medically cleared by week 1, but who knows what kind of shape he will be in and if he can play week 1.
Red Bryant – Backup NT
had knee surgery today and will miss 4-5 weeks. Probably won’t play week 1, but he probably wasn’t going to play much anyways.
Craig Terrill – Backup UT
Healthy
Larry Triplett – Backup UT
missed practice on friday. Is day to day with a sore right knee.
Howard Green – Backup NT
Healthy
