Help Guys! Fantasy question!
OK, so I really need help and I don't know who else to ask. I have Deuce McAlister for my reserve RB. BUT Mendenhall is available. Should I drop Deuce and grab him? I'm debating it. My friend who's and Eagles fan said I should keep Deuce but I'm tempted not to. Any inisght would be helpful!!!!! Oh, and I alo have Hasselbeck as my QB. Should I be worried? Bulger is my back up.
Thanks guys!
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

re:
I would say you are fine at QB. Don’t worry.
I would say dump Deuce for Mendenahll. He has much bigger upside and the Saints aren’t a run-first team like the Steelers are. So, add Mendenhall as he will become the primary back in Pitt as Willie Parker declines with health issues, and Deuce is coming off reconstructive surgery on both knees and they have backups Pierre Thomas and Aaron Stecker. And rookie RB"s that are 1st round picks often times have impact seasons….a.k.a. Lynch and Petersen last year

Thanks love!
This is pretty much what I was thinking. But I wanted other opinions and I don’t know too many people that are that into football.
Wearing my Bills jersey to the Eagles-Bills game last year in Philly probably wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done. But then again, that's why they call me die-hard.

You should worry about Hasselbeck in week 1 :)
The time has come for someone to put his foot down. And that foot is me.
My only two rules of fantasy
I’ll never have a Patriot on my roster and I’ll never start a QB or RB against the Bills…I’d rather lose with the good guys than win with the bad guys any day.
Never forget 56-10. Revenge.
Haha ooohh....
I know. I’m thinking of starting Bulger just so I don’t have to go for Matt. Haha

Just had my money league draft....
Oooh what a team I have………:
Roethlisberger
M.Barber
D.McFadden
R.Wayne
B.Marshall
W.Welker
Dlass Clark
M.Crosby
Baltimore
E.Graham
S.Young
K.Walter
F.Jones
K.Warner
A.Hall
M.Morris
M.Schaub
Z.Miller
C.Taylor
It’s a .5 PPR, so I’m happy. But not w/my RB’s…. I wish I had someone besdies DMac….
What’ll ya’ll think

Love Kurt Warner and Zach Miller. I took Warner in the 13th round of both my leagues and I like him 3rd amongst QBs overall this year and Miller’s going to put up numbers similar to what Owen Daniels did last year so he’s excellent value too…The Dallas RB situation scares me though…I think Tashard Choice is going to muddy that situation up by midseason.

I’m not worried about the Dallas situation. They didn’t give Barber $40+mill to take less carries. Jones may get more touches as the season progresses, but I don’t see Choice doing anything unless there’s an injury. They have too much invested in the other guys.
I got Warner in the 12th. Had to do it and hope he has a similar year to last year.

I have McFadden too!!
Here’s mine:
QB
Matt Hasselbeck
Marc Bulger
Trent Edwards
RB
Darren McFadden
Adrian Peterson
WR
Donald Driver
Lee Evans
Larry Fitzgerald
Anthony Gonzalez
Jabar Gaffney
TE
Vernon Davis
Dustin Keller
K
Nate Kaeding
DST
Eagles
So I’m considering starting Edwards this week b/c I feel that Hasselbeck has too many receivers gone and I have the Eagles D so I can’t start Bulger. What do you guys think?

Dont' start Trent
I don’t know about you, but I would feel personally responsible if he falters.
So you only have 3 RB’s including Duece? I’d definitely pick up Mendenhall. Forget Duece, he’s washed up and coming off knee surgery.
I wouldn’t worry about Hasslebeck yet. He’ll find a way to produce especially since I think their run game will struggle again this year.
~K
I totally agree with that. You could even consider keeping Duece and letting Dustin Keller go to grab Mendenhall. Tight Ends will be a lot easier to find in the middle of the year than RBs.
That is also true
I missed Dustin Keller up there. He’s definitely another guy to dump and can be easily replaced down the line. You could also dump Trent and probably not have any suitors lining up for him. 3 QB’s in a shallow league is probably unnecessary, especially if you only have 3 RB’s.
If guys like Chris Perry, Kenny Watson, Maurice Morris, Steve Slaton are available at RB, you should also go after one or more of those guys.

Very funny...
Quick question FF85 – how only two other RBs aside from Duece/Mendenhall? 3 QBs? No back-up DST or K (although I do aplaud the no back-up kicker move)?
OK....
So now my 4 RB’s are McFadden, Peterson, Slaton, and Watson and I dropped Edwards and and Keller like you guys said. Krytime….the only reason I had 3 QBs was because I was worried about Hasselbeck and Edwards was the next best QB remaining so I grabbed him. Also, there aren’t any good DST’s left either and I never have more than one kicker. We can only keep 14 players. But I think I’m set now. Thanks guys.
