Upset Of the Week !!!!
I found this betting and fantasy blog that has the Bills as there upset of the week. They give out some props to the defanse and make it seem like vegas is out of there mind to give the spread to the jags. The bills are the sleeper team of the AFC ! if we can win this game I think they could go 5-0 before the bye week. We play OAk , StL and then Arz ? what a joke. bring it!

At this point, it can’t be considered an upset. Probably about 80% of the game previews I’ve read have picked us to win. I really hope we aren’t being OVERhyped here….

No I still favor Jacksonville
If Jacksonville was at full capacity I honestly think they could have their way with us. Following their injuries I consider this an even matchup but I give them the advantage seeing as their at home.
Also I don’t think we’d go 5-0. If we beat Jacksonville I’d see us going 4-1 most likely losing to Arizona. They’re passing attack could push our young DB’s to the limit and their defense is pretty stout. Or we might possibly beat them but lose to the Rams. I know their absolutely terrible right now but I just can’t count them out as long as they have Steven Jackson and they could be fighting for their dignity and pride at that point and that can sometimes make a time deadly (ie Bills vs Dallas last year)

If we beat the Jags, we definitely go 5-0. Lose to Arizona? Are you kidding? Arizona might win 5 games this year.

We travel to St. Louis, come all the way back and then oh hey, we go all the way to Arizona. Thats a lot of time on a freakin airplane. And are you telling me Greer can cover Fitzgerald or Boldin (depending on who McGee is matched up on), I love the guy but thats just not gonna happen. I’m not saying we will lose to Arizona, I’m just saying we’re not going 5-0 and should we beat the Jags its likely Arizona who gives us our first L. I mean come on, we’ve taken massive steps from last season but we’re just not a team that realistically goes 5-0 yet. Any team can win at any point. If I said the Bears would crush the Colts you would have called me crazy.

Greer
I think Greer appeased himself last year playing well against all of the top WR’s- except Randy Moss.

Yeah I guess my assesment of Greer was a little unfair because all I could picture was Randy Moss having his was with him. He does deserve credit especially for what he did against TO

Ha. Guys… PLEASE don’t get too far ahead of yourselves. A lot can change overnight – just ask the Pats. Let’s just slow down. :)

That is what not making the playoffs for a decade will get you.
The time has come for someone to put his foot down. And that foot is me.

yikes
gotta love bills fans, 1-0 for the first time in years and people are already talking 5-0. before we give ourselves 4 more wins it might be best to focus on a road game sat against a team that ran away from us in the second half last year. call me a pessimist, but it is going to be a rough week, have a good feeling the bills are going to pull it out, but that is mostly b/c of the jax line issues.

I agree
i wont lie it looks like a beautiful schedule after this sunday. With the exception of the Chargers game (I believe week 6 or 7) I am confident about every matchup. But like you said, how can we talk about future games when we are probably playing our toughest matchup, or our second toughest , of the season? Lets talk about now and winning Sunday because like jmorris pointed our we are going to the house of a team that whooped on us last year and was expected by many to challenge the colts pats and chargers for conference supremacy. This is a huge game and I am jacked up

i think the bills d will just dominate the jags especially stroud. hes got a chip on his shoulder and the jags r missing their interior lineman. not to mention we very well may have the best front 7 in the league. garrard is a very good qb but if we put pressure on him well make him make mistakes and our dbs r good. i think it all depends on which offense we see. if we see the o that played against the steelers in the preseason i say we dominate them. other wise itll b a struggle

I think we can dominate their line too. I just worry that they’ll still be able to have some success. With Garrard being a quality running QB and two fast RB’s in Taylor and Jones-Drew, they can survive even if we eat up the middle. Also, don’t be surprised by multiple quick jump balls to the receivers…

Nobody Circles the Wagons....
I don’t think the Bills are going to get ahead of themselves. Nobody on this team (other than Mitchell) has won anything. They aren’t overhyped, they want to win and will do what it takes. We may “overhype” them, but the team is out there with heart trying to win every game.
