buffalo rumblings gets a mention in tim graham blog

Daniel in Seattle writes: Tim, Been reading you all season, and I have to say, you give the best reading by any national journalist-ne Blogger on what is happening with the Bills. While there have been times I have been annoyed by what you have said, I cannot disagree with what you have said, so behind Dr. Z your my favorite read. I have a favor to ask, while the postseason is underway, and Juniors are still thinking about declaring, the amount of mock drafts out in cyberspace is starting to grow. About 95% of them are completely mis-reading the Bills situation. Many are saying we take a DB, or a LB, when we have as a team many more holes to fill. These "experts" really need to spend some time checking out sites like www.buffalorumblings.com which are run by very knowledgeable fans who take long hard looks at the players on the roster and the likelihood of improvement in the draft and FA. I sincerely hope I won't see you make the same mistakes as many of your brethren out there when we get closer to the draft. In fact, I can gurantee you won't, your just too smart to do that! -Dan

Tim Graham: I'm floored by your kind words, Dan. That's the first time -- and probably the last -- I will be mentioned in the same sentence as Dr. Z. Unless, of course, it's a press box attendant yelling "Tim Graham, please stop drooling on Dr. Z's black book!" So I see through your obvious attempt to plug a Web site. But I visit Buffalo Rumblings and find it entertaining and informative. I will allow it.

from the afc east mailbag from tim graham's afc east blog on espn.com.  apparently he checks us out.

who sent this in to tim?

Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

Well who doesn’t? What he didn’t say is that he loves the Tuesday Morning Trivia and can’t wait for it to return.

The time has come for someone to put his foot down. And that foot is me.

I am 95% certain that “Daniel in Seattle” is our very own WABillsFan. If that’s true, the plug was appreciated – but, as Mr. Graham mentions, pretty obvious. :)

And cali, nowhere in that little blurb is my name mentioned. The entire blog is mentioned. It’s flattering that Graham stops by here on occasion, but it shouldn’t just flatter me. Y’all do most of the heavy lifting when it comes to actually fleshing out discussions; in that sense, I’m merely the catalyst for the ginormous beast that is Buffalo Rumblings. Each and every one of you should be flattered, too.

But now that we’re “big-time”, let’s use it as motivation to be better than ever. :)

How many blogs quote Confucius? That’s why Graham checks us out.

Good plug, that’s for sure! Congrats Brian and everyone! I wonder how many writers come to this site, and the other SBNation sites, for ideas, info and thoughts on the teams they cover. I bet it happens a great deal.

We would have a better team?

Now if only this gopher could play DE, we would be doing better, I mean, who couldn't play better than the corpse brothers Kelsay and Denney?

Well just because they read something doesn’t mean they pay attention!

Ummm, I must take the blame for the obvious plug

Never did expect him to you know, actually place it out on the web. I was hoping he would at least check it out since he seems to be one of the better informed bloggers in the void who works with a specific company, in this case ESPN.

Glad he mentioned us, but was hoping at most for an email back from him stating that he would look at us, and that was it, nothing more. Like the webwide rep I just got us, but wasn’t planning for it.

Now if only this gopher could play DE, we would be doing better, I mean, who couldn't play better than the corpse brothers Kelsay and Denney?
