I was wondering what was taking so long for the Chiefs to disassociate themselves from Herm Edwards. "you play to win the game" was not actually happening. I don't believe he is that great of a head coach even if he is well liked and respected. Nevertheless, I think he is a great positional coach. I don't think he has a problem motivating players as much as he has an issue game planning his offensive schemes and execution. Anyways, the reason I am bringing this up is that as soon as I heard he was let go I immediately thought of what a great addition he would be to the Bills as some kind of defensive assistant as Jim Fassel was as offensive assistant to the Ravens a few years ago. I think he was as much of an architect of the "tampa 2" as was coach Dungy. I think he would bring out the best out of the Bills defense. We also seem to big on character; we might question him as a head coach but his character never has or will. Food for thought.
