Still no love for Denver?
SD has not been playing well. I was surprised by the line on this game.
I was surprised by all the SD picks, too.

Denver is due for a loss
though I picked them anyway

I can't believe so many of you picked Buffalo this week!
Call me crazy, but I’m beginning to think there’s some irrational bias toward the Bills on this site!
In all seriousness though, I think the Bills lose a game similar to the New Orleans game when the final score will not reflect how close the game actually was when our D is inevitably worn down from being on the field too long due to our crappy offense not being able to sustain drives or score an adequate number of points. It’s very frustrating to watch this team play so far this year (Captain Obvious, I know). Who knows? Maybe Edwards will look more like the first couple games and pleasantly surprise in this game, but I’m not going to hold my breath. Will the real Trent Edwards please stand up? My guess is that he already has in the past couple weeks.
I agree

Do you think Quinn would be any better?
The past is fixed, the future is unknown, try dealing with the present!
Brady Quinn?
I think Quinn stinks

57-19, had a tough 8-6 last week
Stl @ JAC – Sims-Walker returns, Jaguars take out frustrations
Bal @ MIN – Both are complete teams, MIN has a better O
Det @ GB – Lions D continues controversial “Prison Bitch” formation
Hou @ CIN – Looks like the roar is restored
Cle @ PIT – When have the Browns ever really beaten Pittsburgh?
KC @ Was – Just a feeling that KC O-line’s not as bad as it looks
CAR @ Tb – Just a feeling that J. Johnson’s not as promising as he looks
Nyg @ NO – WHO DAT! Super Bowl!
Ari @ SEA – Arizona’s going to have to fight for the division this year, this game even
PHI @ Oak – Raiders wrote the book on beating yourself
Buf @ NYJ – Bills borrowed that book and took notes
Ten @ NE – Patriots, well, they’re the Patriots.
Chi @ ATL – Closer than most people think, Chicago doesn’t fall over
Den @ SD – My upset pick of the week, I think Rivers goes all PHILLIP RIVERS!
Mmmph rrgh prrmf! - someone with his mouth gagged
I think Quinn is actually very similar to Edward's Captain Checkdown personna...
with actually fewer physical tools. Edwards has a bigger arm and more mobility. Of course, you wouldn’t know that given the BS that’s gone on in the last couple, but I would envision much more disappointment along the same lines with Quinn with even more inflated, unrealistic expectations than with Edwards.
Ideally, if we’re in the top 10, there’s going to be more than one potential franchise QB to choose from in the draft this year. Still having Edwards (with better coaching), might allow for a legitimate QB competition that would hopefully eliminate the need for starting a rookie QB right away.
Not sure this is the right spot for this discussion, but
I don’t buy the argument that Quinn, a first round pick, has fewer physical tools than Edwards. He may in fact be worse as a football player, but I don’t buy that he’s physically inferior.

I begin the comeback this week when I catch up to K when the Ravens and Begals win.
A Kansas City win puts me up with Marv and krytime!
I can’t catch poz or Brian but they are on notice!

The no huddle is gone, please sign tackles Runyan, Jones or Walker
