It's funny how people were ready to fire Dick in the pre-season and then they looked really good against the Pats and everything changed. Everyone was positive and cheerful. The win in Tampa made everyone start packing their bags for the Super Bowl dreaming of their man crush on the coaching staff.
So quickly have things changed after a loss to a very good football team. The New Orlean Saints looked very good last year, and have not lost a game yet this year. Many "experts" have picked this Saints team to go to the Super Bowl this year.
We already knew this O-line was young and that they were going to take time. With these injuries they are even worse off, but yet somehow it is the coaching staffs fault.
I know this sucks because we all love this team, but they are coming along. A lot of good players and good decisions by the front office were made and acquired this off-season.
So buck up buckos, we are on the right path we just snagged a few fallen limbs and got tied up in a few vines. This team is extremely young and talented in crucial positions.
Did Lewis and Clark turn around after their first encounter with a turbulent river crossing? Did Columbus………. :)
Dick may be gone next year but ill be here and you'll be here watching a good team become great.
