Something a little different
Okay, here's the thing; Right now we all pretty bummed, and rightfully so. It is time to get all of our minds off of the negativity and do something a little different.
I WILL ONLY SAY THIS ONCE! There is a no tolerance policy on Bills/Jauron/Ralph/Trent bashing in this post. If I find even one comment that says anything negative about our team in any way I will delete the comment and ban you for a month. I have no doubt that Brian will back me up too. There are plenty of other posts where you can vent your wrath, do so there, not here.
Not so long ago, some of the editorial staff here at Rumblings took a Facebook quiz which was used to determine which "The Office" character we are most like. MRW got Andy Bernard, I got Creed Bratton, and Brian got Jim Halpert. Those are all pretty spot on. Kurupt then took the quiz and much to Brian's dismay he got Pam Beasley, (yes, Jim's fiancee'). Needless to say Brian wasn't very comfortable with that. So with all that said I now invite all of you to take the quiz are share the results. Here is a link, note that you will need a Facebook account to access it.
In addition, lets also list your favorite TV show, bizarre hobby that you might have, and last movie you saw in theaters. So a post from you might look like this:
Took the Quiz got Creed
Toss up between Survivor and Lost
I am a D&D nerd. Been playing it on-line way too much lately.
Last movie I saw was X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Lets have some fun here guys, we need some cheering up.
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

Good post idea, Eric. Dunno if I can get behind the month ban thing, but yeah – stay on topic and spread the hate elsewhere, folks. If not… I am sending you my new apprentice, Darth Vader sireric. He will… take care of you.

Just the sight of him showing up pantsless will probably give a heartattack…so you really don’t want to mess around with this one!
I remain convinced that somehow Drew Rosenhaus negotiated a playing time deal for Roscoe into the contract for TO.

DISCLAIMER 1 – I really dislike Facebook quizzes, but because I enjoy these Rumblings posts, I wanted to participate, so I sucked it up on this one. Gotta say, though, on the question about favorite nursery rhymes, where the heck was, “Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Eater”??
DISCLAIMER 2 – I don’t even have a TV, so I don’t have a clue who the characters of Office are. I realize I’m in danger of being banned simply for that statement (please, Eric, don’t show up at my house pantsless…).
Office quiz results: Stanley Hudson (read the description – seems to fit pretty well, although kind of scary, since I mostly work for myself, so my attitudes about my boss would be pretty weird).
Favorite TV show: Hardly ever watch TV, have to say NFL or Jeopardy
Bizarre Hobby: Apologetics for Christianity and Creation
Last movie:: Gran Torino
Also, since I’m always curious what other Rumblers do for a living, I added a fifth line (occupation) to mine. Feel free to participate if you like:
Occupation: Currently – Realtor, TV meteorologist, and freelance writer
I remain convinced that somehow Drew Rosenhaus negotiated a playing time deal for Roscoe into the contract for TO.
Right, here goes:
(American) Office Character – Stanley Hudson – not sure about that, but like the idea of the character.
Fav TV show – Tough one (I watch a lot!) Cheers, Seinfeld, Family Guy, Armstrong and Miller (English sketch show), A Bit of Fry and Laurie (old English sketch show. Check it out if Hugh Laurie fan)
Bizarre Hobby – American Sports!! Not bizarre to you guys, but takes a lot of explaining this side of the pond….
Last film – Away We Go
Job - International Headhunter in the Oil and Gas Industry
"Don't I know you?"
"Nah, that ain't me, man. I'm from Buffalo"
Job – International Headhunter in the Oil and Gas Industry
Cool. There was a huge boom here in North Central North Dakota (USA), although it cooled off last autumn as oil prices fell. The presence of some of those oil companies here is one reason the economy here is doing comparatively well compared to much of the rest of the US.

Yeah, the US in general will be booming (or at least semi-booming) Oil-wise for a while yet. Just look at the Gulf of Mexico. Huge recent discoveries there. There has been widespread under-reporting of potential reserves for a good few years now. There’s loads out there! But yeah, the oil price recently has certainly slowed things down.
TV meteorlogist? What Channel are you on?
"Don't I know you?"
"Nah, that ain't me, man. I'm from Buffalo"
At the moment, I’m only a fill-in guy on KXMC in Minot, ND. Used to be the main guy (read: only guy!) on the smaller station here (KMOT), but the hours/schedule for the pay was not worth it.

I own A Bit of Fry and Laurie on DVD. First two seasons. Very funny show.

Wearing my Bills jersey to the Eagles-Bills game in Philly probably wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done. But then again, that's why they call me die-hard.

And last movie I saw was All About Steve….Bradley Cooper is the man and not just because he’s a Philly boy.
