Buffalo Bills at Tennessee Titans: Open Game Thread
Buffalo Bills at Tennessee Titans, Nov 15, 2009 1:00 PM EST

Buffalo Bills (3-5) at Tennessee Titans (2-6)
Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 1:00 PM (TV: CBS)
LP Field - Nashville, TN
Titans on SB Nation: Music City Miracles
Bills inactives: WR James Hardy, WR Roscoe Parrish, OT Jonathan Scott, DE Chris Ellis, DT Kyle Williams, LB Keith Ellison, CB Terrence McGee
The Buffalo Bills endured a rough first quarter of their season, stumbling to a 1-3 record. They improved record-wise over the second quarter of the season (2-2), but many of the problems (read: the offense) that developed early in the season remain issues.
Today, the Bills embark on the second half of the 2009 season with plenty on the line, including many players' Bills careers, as well as Dick Jauron's tenuous coaching job. The team must win games; if they don't, broad, sweeping changes are coming. Their efforts to save their jobs - not to mention start winning more football games - starts this afternoon in Tennessee against a Titans team that has won two straight.
This is your open game thread. GO BILLS.

Let's hope they figured

Ian Eagle-Rich Gannon (not official)
Hopefully Trent is fired up after that awesome buttwhooping Stanford put on the Men of Troy yesterday......
Jim Harbaugh is the man………..going for 2 up 27…….lol…..the man has a “pair” thats for sure.
Thats what we need here.

Pull some strings. I’m on the Harbaugh bandwagon now. Although, admittedly, he’s #2 behind Todd Bowles.
Bill Polian and AJ Smith are gone, so there's not the usual balance between "sane" and "others." Ralph has mentally checked out since 1994. It's a very dangerous time. The coalition for reason is extremely weak.
I wouldnt hold your breath for that one..........my guess for AFN is Bengals Steelers.....
Or Vikes Lions…….because they usually start just showing title contenders on there at this point in the season.
Atleast thats what happened during the 4 years I was overseas watching AFN.

1, 2 & 6 usually have football games. The game that is on 6 is usually held up by whatever sporting event is going on during the day. IE: Nascar, Tennis….
Nice where are you at?

If we run

The Wild Buffalo
We should call the rest of the offense the Crazy Horse, because it makes us want to drink one
~K
"As the governor of Louisiana once said, the only way Chris Kelsay can lose his job is if he got caught in bed with a dead girl or a live boy."
People don't realize it
But the Wildcat was a high school formation that the Springdale High School Wildcats (Springdale, AR) invented. The Arkansas Razorbacks in the neighborhing town of Fayettville copied it and used it, and the rest is history. NFL analysts don’t know this. They ran an entire special on the wildcat and didn’t include anything about why it’s actually called “Wildcat”.

Why didn’t Youboty start instead again?
Youboty got burnt on the sideline comeback route.
Bill Polian and AJ Smith are gone, so there's not the usual balance between "sane" and "others." Ralph has mentally checked out since 1994. It's a very dangerous time. The coalition for reason is extremely weak.
Brian scott apparently can’t fight off a block to save his life. He got blocked on that screen to his side and that TD run. Just put 8 and 9 in the box, VY isn’t going to beat you downfield
Problem is
The Bills might need to put 15 or 16 in the box to have a chance.

hardly burnt, britt has shown some promise this year. I like how everytime a pass is completed someone on here complains that the corner was “burnt”.
When someone beats you down the field, then catches a pass over you. That means you got burnt. It doesn’t mean Florence sucks. It just means he got burnt.

everyone is going to jump on TO after this game if he goes off more
but you knew this coming in. If you don’t throw the ball his way he is going to complain. Granted he has had his fair share of drops but you knew it bringing him in he would be a problem if he didn’t get the ball. He’s never been known as a team player. Should be shocked it took this long
Josh Reed was heated too
so TO must have a legit gripe

you blamed him for two TDs that weren’t his fault at all. You could get on him for not fighting through the traffic on the run but it was off tackle and Scott was the LB on that side and couldn’t fight off his block or even slow johnson down

How about that. It almost looks like a real offense on one of Edwards’ not bad days. And Evans is a surprisingly good red zone guy given his size.
