Inactive Thoughts: Week 10

Keith Ellison was placed on injured reserve this week and a bunch of other defensive starters have been ruled out.  Man I wouldn't want to be playing a great running back today........  whoops.

OK so I forgot to post this yesterday so I'll make it quick.  Here's who I don't think will dress this week listed in order of most likely to least likely to be standing on the sidelines:

Brian Brohm will be the new emergency QB taking GIbran Hamdan's spot there.

Marcus Stroud
Ashton Youboty
Demetrius Bell

All three have been ruled out for the game. Spencer Johnson starts for Stroud, Andy Levitre shifts over to LT and Seth McKinney takes his starting guard slot.

Star-divide

James Hardy
Hardy is coming off a groin injury and with Roscoe Parrish expected to be active and returning punts again under Perry Fewell Hardy pushing it too much, too soon isn't necessary.

Terrence McGee
We know he is a fighter but he was limited on Friday and still recovering from his knee scope.  I don't expect him to go today.

Kyle Williams
I fully expect WIlliams to try and play with Stroud out.  I just don't think his knee will be ready yet.

Also listed as questionable was Jairus Byrd who only practiced on Friday.  Welcome to the active roster, Cary Harris.

She might get ugly today.

Boy if we have McCargo and Johnson starting at DT, it might be a very very long day.

Might? She's been ugly.

I agree, The thought of McCargo and Johnson starting is scary but it can’t get much worse than it is already.

We’re dead last in rush defense, we’re allowing an average of 5.1 yrds on per rush attempt. MJD was going to have a good day regardless of who’s in the middle.

I’m just happy that Fewell was smart enough to get Parrish back in there to return. Best decision he’s made so far.

I bet you don't think that any longer

Roscoe has been a mistake prone player ALL year. I do NOT want to see him back on punt returns any more. Leave Freddy in there. He’s at least getting positive yardage. All Roscoe does is dig us holes any more. The BOMB was the only thing that saved 11 yesterday. Then if you noticed, he wasn’t back there alone any longer.
