Brohm likely to start, other injury news
Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick (ankle) is listed as questionable and didn't practice again Friday, which increases the likelihood Brian Brohm will start Sunday.
Fitzpatrick was limited to individual drills and his availability will be a game-time decision, coach Perry Fewell said.
Josh Reed, Trent Edwards, Bryan Scott, and Todd Johnson have all been ruled out.

About Time
I know this has been a relatively hot topic on the site, because some people want to see Brohm, some people don’t. I understand that having a horrible offensive line makes it hard to let a young QB go through progressions and make smart decisions. However, we will get to see his athleticism, and his arm strength. They are not everything, as JP Losman proved to us game after game after game, but they do count for something in the NFL. My hope is that Perry Fewell and AVP do not handcuff him completely, and at least give him an opportunity to make a few plays. Confidence in playing abilities are definetely affected by confidence in you from your coaches. And if Brohm can show something, draft that LT this year and build a stronger defense. I would be content as a fan with that. You either need to be competitive or entertaining, but I would rather win.
Season over!
With all the injuries we’ve endured all season, I believe this may be the most devastating. To have Todd Johnson go down is just terrible, this will leave a huge gap in our team. Just two questions, who the heck is Todd Johnson and what position does he play again? Truly will be missed.
Why do today, when it can wait til tomorrow; the games on!
He’s a midseason replacement they signed at safety. He’s really only a special teamer.

i am interested to see how brohm performs…wow urban meyer resigned? buffalo should at least interview him. he’s the best college coach in the game.
He resigned for health reasons.
He’d die in Buffalo.
(And suck as a pro coach.)

Wow…and I thought Atlanta would win before Buffalo had to resort to starting a QB they poached off of another team’s practice squad about a month ago.
Of course we could make things more challenging, Lisa, but then the stupider students would be in here complaining, furrowing their brows in a vain attempt to understand the situation--Seymour Skinner
What does Reed have? First I hear of him being injured.

Sadly, Brohm is my starting flex play in fantasy so I need him to have a monster game.
If you haven’t guessed, I am indeed boned for that game! :D
Bills fan? In Colorado? It's more likely than you think.
How do you have a team thats still in the playoffs?!?!

I won my two playoff games against the #1 and #2 seeds by way of their teams having their worst performances of the season. Plus last week my opponent left Jerome Harrison on their bench.
My flex play WAS Fitzy until now, and I just lost Deangelo Williams so I’m pretty much screwed. This is a 22 person league, so there is quite literally NO depth to go around. Brohm is the best option available.

So there are no other players available at all?
Like, dunno, the Falcons 8th option at WR since we’re gonna have 4 CBs tomorrow and most of them should be seeing the field as often as Brohm.
