Agent Chad Speck has announced that receiver Kelley Washington, formally of the Patriots, will meet with the Jets on Thursday morning.

Per the release, the Bills have asked to meet with Washington next week....

The guy had 1 reception for 3 yards in 2008 and none in 2007.  He's "career year" was in 2004 with the Bengals, when he recorded 31 receptions.

Per Rotoworld: 

Washington doesn't add anything as a wideout, but he could help New York's special teams coverage. He shouldn't cost much more than the minimum.
