So I would like to hear from Russ Brandon the reason why we couldn't have traded Dockery when we had a team willing to give something to us for him. Instead we cut him outright because we can't file the necessary paperwork on time.
Is this a reason why we have an inner circle making decisions instead of one person calling the shots?
