Ok, maybe its because I've been reading this blog too frequently recently but last night I had a vivid dream in which (this is no lie) I was in a giant white room which was empty except for Dick Jauron and a white marker board. DJ revealed to me that the Bills will not be picking up a fullback either through the draft or free agency who could possibly have an immediate impact because he doesn't plan on using one often next season and wants to run singleback formations as often as possible. He then proceeded to draw with a red marker these blocking formations to demonstrate how his singleback formation will open up running lanes for Marshawn. Apparently safety was a big need to my mental version of Jauron because while bragging about how he had plays designed to ensure Donte Whitner had a big year he kept rambling on about picking up a new safety. After this everything got dark and next thing I know I'm at the NFL draft in New York City just in time to witness the Bills select DE Brian Orakpo with the #11th pick. Considering I want Alex Mack, really want a big blocking fullback and believe that Bryan Scott is fine where he is, this is dream could technically be considered a nightmare. Of course, any dream with Dick Jauron in it should be considered a nightmare. Am I seeing visions of the Bills future? No, likely not. I'm probably just going insane. Yup, this is the most likely scenario.
