T.O.'s VH1 Reality Show
The latest chapter in the life of Terrell Owens will put Buffalo on the prime-time TV map even if the Bills aren’t featured prominently on ESPN’s Monday Night Football schedule.
That’s because Owens is the star of a new VH1 reality series, “Playing the Field,” which will feature the former Dallas Cowboys star receiver turned Buffalo Bill.
VH1 President Tom Calderone, a 1986 graduate of Buffalo State College, said Tuesday he wouldn’t know for a month about just how much of Buffalo will be featured on the program.
“It will be a backdrop,” said Calderone. “I don’t know how much of Buffalo will be in it. The show is in a tailspin. It was going to be filmed in Dallas and Miami [where Owens lives] now it is Miami and Buffalo.”
From The Buffalo News
I had completely forgotten about this. Should be interesting to say the least. It will help get Buffalo even more national exposure now.
That being said, this is a terrible idea. I know people watch so much reality crap these days that this will probably be a hit. But still......ugh!!!
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

This is going to be an entertaining train wreck
I’ve got my popcorn and my booze on standby, good times are ahead!
If the Bills were a drug, I could only hope they were like speed so I could lose some weight as well.
If by “terrible idea” you mean “terrible show”, then yeah. But it’s VH1. So it’s not really that shocking.

I didn’t see it but it could just mean they were talking about the probablity of MNF coming to Buffalo. Always a good time BTW.

here
is the link to the PTI story on profootballtalk.com I found it somewhere else to but now can’t find it….they were talking in one of those commercial segments where it’s not live tv and they were talking about how Korn-hole was going to see Trent in Buffalo at blank time and that just means that ESPN is for sure coming to Buffalo

I think he’s probably talking about the HOF game. Is that just on ESPN?
The schedule, obviously, hasn’t been made yet. But it could be announced what cities are hosting MNF.
but its probably just the HOF game

Plus the HOF game...
is not in Buffalo. His quote was “See you in Buffalo”.

yup – its in Canton
doesn’t surprise me though that we would be on MNF again. Personally – and this is an unbiased comment – I think that when we do host MNF the stadium is jam packed with excitement and enthusiasm. Extremely loud and fun to watch on tv thats for sure – comparible to the Steelers.
the NFL has to recognize the passion that we put forth – its incredible if you ask me. But I think Bills fans are one of the best in the league so take that as you may – but I was trying to be unbiased

Even considering the outcome
That MNF game against the Cowboys was RIDICULOUS! I still think about that. It was like a great movie with a sad ending.
I was at the game...
it was depressing.

There is only one NFL football team that plays in New York state...and Canada?

The walk back to the car.....
and sitting in the parking lot trying to leave for two hours. Nobody left that game early. I got home at like 3 and got up for work at 6.

lol – why would you worry about a TV show?
not that big of a deal

Because reality show producers routinely stir up drama to create a more entertaining product. Maybe the show won’t affect the Bills season at all, but I’d imagine it has potential to.

It's not Hard Knocks where they are in training camp.
It’s just with T.O.
