Chip Vaughn Wake Forest #9 Defensive back. Kid shows some wheels, a willingness to stick his nose up in run support. Can seperate pass catchers from the ball upon impact. And some really good instincts as far as INTs, and following the play and knowing what to do.

Great speed.
Not overly impressed with his tackling. He did lay some nice hits but if coverage is his weak suit (which I’m reading all over the place) I’d rather not….

What, worried the Bills will take him with the #11 pick?
Nah, if they can get him later in the draft he could be a nice developmental type of guy.
If the Bills were a drug, I could only hope they were like speed so I could lose some weight as well.

He is a third rounder at best.
I agree he could be developmental.

wouldn't be a bad pick in the 4th
Looks like he could be pretty good at safety too. might be a good pickup
