If anyone cares...
The Packers signed C Duke Preston tonight.
I feel that collectively this one doesn't hurt our fan base all that much, but does leave us with more of a reason to add more offensive line depth via the draft. I myself, am not worried he's gone, because there are some good lineman in the draft that now seem like more of a possibility. Will his departure matter this year with the gelling of our new lineman?
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

You neglected to put a 5th option: Yes, I care greatly that he's gone and I couldn't be happier!
I think I would have created about 15 new accounts just to run up the votes for that option.
Woop ti doo
I wont miss him. Lets move on.

Considering the lack of depth inside on the o-line I think this does hurt us. What’s wrong with bringing back a guy that can play both Guard postions and Centre. Sure he is never going to make a pro bowl, but he can at least provide some depth. The bills now only have 2 inside linemen that have ever taken a snap on the roster and plan on coverting a reserve tackle to guard.
Has anyone heard the terms of the contract anyway?

I could play both of those positions as well, that doesn’t mean I would be good at it. It is about upgrading talent, I think a 6th or 7th round pick could be considered an upgrade over Dookie.
The time has come for someone to put his foot down. And that foot is me.
