Bills have best free agent period per NFL executive panel : Pro Football Weekly
Pro Football Weekly spoke with NFL coaches and evaluators (all remain anonymous) to gauge league sentiment about the 2009 free agent signing period. Guess who got the highest marks? That's right - your Buffalo Bills.
In particular, the team was praised for the signings of WR Terrell Owens and C Geoff Hangartner.

So Jauron, Modrak, Guy and Brandon were the panel right?
I wonder where they would rank us without TO?

That’s pretty cool. Not sure how TO and Hangartner puts them 1st on that list, but oh well.
I’m wondering how this is even possible with Hangartner being nothing but a backup?!?!

have to say NYG…..they addressed all their needs defensively. Now if they could only find a replacement for Plaxico. Without Plax, Eli is just an average QB. How many Burress’ are out there that you just throw a fade route to on 3rd and 10 and they make the play? Regardless of what anyone could every try and tell me, Plaxico is an amazing, game changing playmaker, and without him the Giants went from ELITE to above-average

well, with the Giants
you get the feeling they only enhanced what was already their strength, their defensive line.
Guards Brad Butler and Brandon Rodd are decent. - Pete Prisco
Brandon Rodd!! Our best player.
Smart move

Wait, what's this? The media actually praising us for signing TO?
I must honestly say that I never thought I’d see the day, but it is a very pleasant surprise. Now lets just hope it translates into wins on the feild.

I’ll take the coaches and evaluaters’ praise over the media’s any day.

Bills, Jets, Pats all top teams on this list...
The AFC East could be considered the toughest division in the Conference, depending on how this actually translates on the field. The division may end up being the best in the NFL.

I think it is the toughest in football. I mean in what other division was the worst team at 7-9?

Maybe you could make a case for the NFC East, but I’m sticking with the AFC East being the toughest.
