Starting 5:
RT: Walker
Walker seems to have this on lock barring anything drastic. And I really have no problem with that. He's adequate.
RG: Chambers
This is a weak spot, though not a glaring weak spot.
C: Handgartener
Solid
LG: Butler
Solid
LT: ???? (Demetrius Bell?)
Thoughts...we clearly need to add a LT at some point as I don't think Demetrius Bell is anywhere near adequate. Of course, the other option is to move Chambers to LT and find a plug in at LG. Either way, we need a guard, and a tackle who can compete for that starting LT spot ASAP.
I think the guard position can easily be addressed in the 2nd to 3 round of the draft.
Tackle is a little bit more murky though. IF Smith slips to us, do we spend a pick on LT and leave open our weakness at DE? I think the answer is no.
Here's what I would do if I were the Bills: TRADE DOWN!
Take one of the second tier, but solidly first round tackle talents, address DE or TE at the 28th spot and then the remaining position with the 2nd or third rounder we get thrown at us for the trade down.
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.
