Stafford signs deal with Lions, officially the No. 1 pick of the draft
According to the report, the Lions will pay Stafford $41.7 million in guarantees and as much as $78 million.
OW. Especially if he pulls a Joey Harrington.

I really don’t like this deal for the Lions. Drew Stanton was a second round pick two years ago, has he ever really had a shot?

The thing that baffles me is why pay 41.7 million guranteed for an unknown rookie
When Cassel just signed for 6 years and 36 million guranteed, and you know he can get it done
