The Bills don't have the money to sign Hill...
unless they release people (Roscoe, Kelsay, Simpson would do it). They have less than 12M. Sign Jackson (2M) and the rooks (6M) and you end up with 4M to spend. Hill is looking for a big contract, like 8M or so a year. We just can’t afford him unless we trim the fat.

Not saying it would be a bad thing...
But they will have to do that first. Don’t expect a Hill signing until Kelsay is released.
