I think we should be bring in K Graham Gano out of FSU to compete for a roster spot. I don’t know about everyone else but I’ve about of nail biting every time Lindell steps onto the field, even for a “chip shot.”
Also a FA FB wouldn’t be too bad either, I’m definately not a fan of McIntyre.

Agreed

I’m not a huge fan of Lindell. He rattles my nerves every time he trots onto the field, especially in close games.

I am definitely onboard

I think we need to strat grooming Lindel’s replacement. Gano is a good prospect because he has a huge leg and punts as well.

Jason Boltus

I played safety at St. John Fisher for three years against Boltus (mainly watching on the sideline lol). The kid has a huge arm and great mobility. I would like to see the Bills bring him into camp and compete for a roster spot. Heck, he cant be any worse than Hamdan.

If I am any RB... I stay away from this team.

Why sit behind Lynch, Jackson, Rhodes? Plus they have Omon on the roster and was on the roster all year last year. I have no chance of actually making the roster so why do I go to Buffalo?

two years is a long time...

Put it this way… the guy that signs here wouldn’t see the field for at least two years. I don’t want to be hanging on a practice squad that long. I want to sign with a team where I have an outside shot of making the 53 man roster. That ain’t Buffalo if you are a RB. Offensive and defensive linemen sign with Buffalo as UDFA.

I’m not so sure on Hunt, He’s small and doesn’t have much room to add more weight. He’s MUCH better suited as a 3-4 OLB.

OT- Gerald Cadogen (shock)
RB- Kory Sheets

DE- Maurice Evans

I love it. I did the same thing in my mock offseason. McCall played TE and FB at Alabama and actually has an outside shot to make the team as a short yardage FB and insurance for Fine as a blocking TE.

by kaisertown on Apr 26, 2009 11:15 PM EDT up reply actions

I really like the Bell pickup

Tackle with a good frame and some real upside. I’m surprised he went undrafted and he was one of the guys I had my eye on for us to pick up. Glad we did…

McCall seems like a solid pickup. A big, blocking TE, but he’s not a receiving threat at all. He’ll have a shot to make the team as the 3rd TE if the staff is comfortable enough with Fine, Nelson and him as a blocker only.

Who is your teammate?

The time has come for someone to put his foot down. And that foot is me.

One of the guys from the school district I work in was invited to Lions rookie camp...

He’s an OT from Colgate U.

LB Solomon Elimimian

This guy looks interesting. Lots of tackles and has earned All-WAC honors as a three year starter. The biggest drawback to him is his 220 pounds. Seems like a cover 2 LB.

I know we run a cover two, but I hate cover 2 LB’s, they’re too small to handle most good RB’s well.

Pretty good haul of UDFA.

I’m looking forward to training camp now. Much more than the draft. :-)
