Peter Schrager's 2010 mock Rd. 1 draft.
The good news? He must think the Bills will do better than 7 - 9; he has them drafting 17th.
Bad news? He has them drafting a safety in Rd 1.

Safety in 2010

Before you write off the mock drafting of this safety, consider where the Bills will be with regard to the contracts of secondary personnel that will be expiring in the next 2 years. Of even greater importance is to consider the player projected to the Bills. Taylor Mays of USC is a beast, extremely gifted physically in terms of speed and size. He destroys people! If you can remember Jack Tatum from THE Ohio State University, and later of the Oakland Raiders (when they were a dominant team), add about 15 pounds and make him faster- there you have Taylor Mays. He would be a fabulous addition for the Bills.

Oh my God, I would be extremely excited if the Bills nabbed Taylor Myas at 17…too bad me’ll probably be long gone by then…and too bad James Shields isn’t up there, I’d like to see a Bull go in the first round

Taylor Mays is a stud. He is a top ten pick, of course a lot can happen between now and then….

No night spent pantsless is a wasted night.

He is a top ten pick

yeah – wont’ matter because we’re drafting in the late 20’s next year anyways ;)

The rest of you go get the goods on Stan. His mom grounded him once for setting something on fire. Let's find out what that something was and then lie and say it was a puppy.

yeah i agree mays is a beast, and who knows what the future will hold maybe they take him to replace whitner, if they are not satisfied w/ his play at the end of this year

but this is rediculous to even consider as far as mocks go.. i know it’s just for fun.. but the cheifs also already signed cassel to an extension, which this guy has them drafting tebow, and saying that the cassel era won’t last long.. well i can bet it lasts more than a year, considering he signed a 6 year deal i believe..

these are impossible to predict the day before the draft, let alone a year..haha but it is fun to look at

The Jets went 9-7 last year to earn the 17th overall pick...

Does that mean we will be 9-7 next year?

Playing Realistic Optimist at Buffalo Rumblings since 2008. Fear can hold you prisoner. Hope can set you free.
