Ha.
Media – What do you think of the attention?
T.O. – This is life!
Great catch on the long bomb. Man that guy can jump too. I am glad he is in town for OTAs. What’s with the tights T.O.???
What’s the point of the Mike Vick question?

Tights keep the muscles warm.
I don’t understand the Vick question, but TO handled it very well. Good on him.

"As the governor of Louisiana once said, the only way Chris Kelsay can lose his job is if he got caught in bed with a dead girl or a live boy."
The Vick question was weird. I’m guessing it’s just a reporter trying to get TO to put his foot in his mouth. Too bad for him that TO didn’t bite. Good for us though.

I thought he said, “This is light.” (he then went on to compare it to Dallas and Philly).

He did
that’s what it sounded like to me. The ESPN article has the “This is light” quote….

Yeah I misquoted.
Either works in context but you are right.

I really like his Comments on McGee.
“I like practissing against a dominant corner. I think he’ll make me better and I’ll make him better.” I think it’s a great point and I’m hoping that it shows on the feild, especially with Terrence.

i’m really excited to see how mcgee (and, to a lesser extent, some of the other CBs and safeties who might get matched against him in proactice) progresses during the course of the year. at this point in his life, i don’t know how much owens has left to learn from a small CB like mcgee, but terrence is primed to really get a lot out of their ‘relationship’. hopefully they don’t start hating each other or something.
To listen to both of them talk, it sounds more like a friendly competition. And your right, McGee has a lot more to learn from Owens then the other way around.

This is annoying already
i was just streaming some WGR online and why do people have to be idiots? They were debating whether or not T.O. should have gotten a key to the city. Who cares!?!?!?! Why can’t people just take it for what T.O. is? Which is FUN! This is fun and any Bills fan that doesn’t enjoy and soak up this new exposure that we will get between may-sept and thereafter depending on how our season goes should just jump ship now. The NFL is entertainment just as much as it is about wins and losses. After 9 years of no playoffs, lets just enjoy it!
There’s my rant

Exactly MARV
I don’t understand why anyone can be upset about that. One of the best WR’s of the past few decades, maybe in NFL history, is now a Buffalo Bill. He’s here working hard and appreciating the opportunity. Yet, people find something to nitpick instead of talking about his impact for this season.
The TO addition is going to make for a fun season. Of course, it could backfire, but it sure will be a ton of fun to watch, read about and discuss. There are hundreds of better topics that TO getting a key to the city to talk about.

BItter reporters
A lot of these reporters are just bitter from the years of covering mediocrity. It seems as though they almost spite the Bills and any chance they might have to be good. Almost like the girl that gets hurt by a guy. Anyway, I love all the TO coverage and TO does make a good point. He is quit and so when he does get on a player, the proportion of his bark to his normal demeanor might be what people may say is disruptive. I would have loved TO to be on the Bills last year and ripped Jason a new A$$ Ho!e when he allowed some of those sacks. This is exactly what the Bills and the city of Buffalo needs. Did it occur to Paul Hamilton on WGR that people are buying tickets because without fan support, the Bills wont be long for Buffalo, plus we had a good draft, plus we got TO, plus our young players have another year under their belt.

They were attempting to make distinctions...
between Kelly’s motorcade, Bledsoe’s pep rally, and T.O.‘s arrival. Each one gives people hope. But because T.O. is a one year rental they say it’s different. That’s bogus IMO. Let the darn fans be excited about it. Jerry Sullivan – can that guy even get excited anymore?

I care. It used to be an honor reserved for poeple who really earned it. Now it is just another token piece of BS
Buffalo is being laughed for this move by most of the national media. What has T.O. done for Buffalo? Has he feed the hungry…..built a habitat for humanity home…..given time and money to Hunter’s Hope, etc? No……All he did is bring his circus to town. That is it! And for that he gets the keys to the city. This move is a joke and makes Buffalo look absolutely idiotic. Did we sign T.O. because we were starved for attention or because we want to win football games?
I am all for the fun. I am all for enjoying the “show”. This is not a criticism of T.O. in any way.
How is it that we put man on the moon before we figured out it would be a good idea to put wheels on luggage?
As a Cowboys fan..........
I wish all of you good luck with T.O. You have nothing to worry about for at least a year. And as long as your winning games, paying him well, and continue to make him the #1 option he will cause no problems. I wish it would have worked out with him in Dallas but it didn’t. With the media, putting him in Dallas was an explosion waiting to happen. Buffalo seems to be a little more low key so maybe it works. And if it doesn’t, oh well. It was surely worth the shot on a one year deal.
Our thoughts exactly. Buffalo has NOTHING to lose with this one year deal. If it works, extend him, if it doesn’t let him walk. We have nothing to lose.
