it’s all words until we see what he can do. can he stay healthy? strengthening his back significantly will help that, for sure. but will all that workout stuff make a difference? he better hope so, or he’s gone this coming year.

I think the playing weight convo is right on.
If he can play at 300 he will be fine. When they bulked him up his body started to break under the pressure. See what he can do at 300 lbs of pure muscle. He is a virtual lock to make the roster so I’ll support him and hope he can go from 4th DT to a top notch rotational guy.
