Talk about jumping to conclusions
he victim who initially identified McIntyre said she never actually saw his genitals and was "unable to give other specifics in reference to her allegation,"
This woman needs to apologize to McIntyre.

I believe he’ll pursue more than an apology.

he should.........
too many times people do stuff like this and cause problems and get guys (especially athletes) blacklisted for the rest of their career…….
I doubt shes worth much anyways.

Exactly
I doubt shes worth much anyways
which is why people like that get away with it. Even if he were to take her to court, he would end up being vilified. Unfortunately, athletes get screwed in cases like this.

Ha! Not only athletes. Men in general get screwed with these types of false accusations far more than women do.

He reportedly had dreadlocks and wore a white T-shirt and dark pants, and had a muscular build…The man, identified as McIntyre, was wearing black shorts, and a blue pullover hoodie with a silver long-sleeve shirt underneath.
Oh, sure. I can see how you could make that mistake.
If the glove don’t fit, it couldn’t be Whit...
The only law McIntyre broke was wearing black and blue together. Hey, i’m married, i’m learned on these things.

I don’t own any blue socks. I stick with Black shirt and brown socks. Equally as bad I think.
No night spent pantsless is a wasted night.
Umm yeah, thats really gauche
You need to match your shoes and belt, socks should always be a shade of your primary pants.
Dang it, watching to much Bravo these days

It does not, unless the 2 colors are very similar, I guess. It’s the navy color apparently at fault most times.

Unbelievable
Something about this story was flaky from the get-go. Either the victim or McIntyre had to be loony-tunes. I guess we now know who.
why is this article definitely worth a look?
I think the outcome is exactly what we had expected it to be for some time. once the details came out there was no doubt the wrong person was apprehended. Now McIntyre will have to live with this stigma for the rest of his life.
I put that because of this paragraph:
In follow-up meetings with prosecutors, the victim who initially identified McIntyre said she never actually saw his genitals and was "unable to give other specifics in reference to her allegation," said Officer Tom Nichols, police spokesman.

Here's McIntyre:
“I’m happy that my name has been cleared. I’ve maintained my innocence all through this process. I’m just glad it’s out of the way . I’m sorry for the embarrassment to my family and to the Bills and now my focus is on training camp.”

yeah, but she would not have pointed out a white guy

Well she saw a black male in the window. Whether he was doing what she claimed or not, I’m sure she saw someone and he was a black male. When the police brought McIntyre to her she said that he was the guy. I would say that she is a moron, and can’t tell one black male with dreadlocks from another. Not Racial Profiling just stupidity.
No night spent pantsless is a wasted night.
To be Racial profiling she would have had to give a discription excluding color
It was just weird how they grabbed the first black male that was close and assumed.

The two guys arrested fit the same description...
about the same height, both muscular, dreads….
It’s not completely out of left field.

You would think they would do a little more investigating before they publicly accused him.

It wasn't announced until weeks after the fact.
They did do the investigating but they had nobody else that was a better suspect. What made the charges get dropped was the second guy getting arrested.

Fan support
I think he gained alot in fan favor. I know I’ll be pulling for him unless he just bombs out game wise.
Agreed, man deserves some kudos for being so good natured throughout this whole thing
