Saw this over on TSW -- Thought it was pretty funny, especially considering Buffalo has some of the biggest Homers out there

My personal fav's:

Buffalo Bills "Brian Moorman could play WR or RB on half of the teams in the NFL because of his speed"

Cincinnati Bengals "Carson Palmer could throw a football through a needle from 40 yards away.... twice"

Oakland Raiders "Nnamdi Asomougha could get pressure on the QB and make an interception on the same play. Best. Of. All.Time."

New Orleans Saints “Drew Brees is going to break Dan Marino’s single-season passing record with no-name WR’s and be instantly added into the Hall of Fame.”

I can’t help but think that they might be right.

Bress is still in the Hall of Good.

Not in the Hall of Fame yet, even with the record. People are debating Kurt Warner right now. I think he belongs there but may never be voted in.

I think Warner will be voted in, it just might take 10 years after his retirement for it to happen though. I think Brees needs the record as well as bringing the Saints to a few NFC title games in order to be considered. Still doesn’t change the fact that he’s a heck of a QB though.

So are they implying Moorman couldn’t play RB or WR for half of the league? Whatever…!

When Marshawn returns from the suspension, most teams will just forfeit instead of trying to game plan for all the Bills’ weapons.

I just said I was a homer...

and so is everyone else at this Buffalo Bills blog. But I’m not delusional.

Brian Moorman is an athelete, for sure.

But a RB or WR in the NFL?

Just for this consideration, I vote you tied with MWR and I for ‘Homer of the Post.’
