I'd say that they were great until the Rich Gannon/Kerry Collins debacle.

I assume that you mean when Gannon got hurt, because he did take them to the Super Bowl.
No night spent pantsless is a wasted night.
Yeah and the year after he got hurt and Kerry Collins started games for them, with sucess, until Gannon return. The whole team was torn appart because of a fight between Gannon and Collins over who the starting QB should be. So much so that the whole team went into a full out brawl on the sidelines near the end of the season. The Raiders haven’t been good since.

we’re going to be at the top of this list next decade. Parody in the NFL may have turned into up and down season to season for the middle of the pack but I think it also turns teams into decade winners and decade losers. Watch.
