O-line, not Owens, determine value
Actually a pretty good article from ESPN about the fantasy potential of the Bills, and how it really comes down to how the OL, specifically Langston Walker performs.

Very good analysis of the Bills
And yet, the interior offensive line isn’t even the biggest worry. With Jason Peters gone to Philly because the Bills didn’t want to pay him (which, in light of how poorly Peters played last year, might have been quite smart), a literally massive vacancy remains at left tackle. So career right tackle Langston Walker, a giant guy but not at all quick, will move to the left side. Yikes. If Walker can’t stop edge rushers (and I don’t think he can) ……. the values of every skill-position player on this team plummet.
Kind of makes you think that if he was putting together a list of Ten Bills to Decide 2009 that Langston Walker would be higher than #7 ;-)
The Prayer of Pass Rush - Hail Maybin, blessed with a quick first step, Bruce is with thee; most reverenced art thou among DEs in the AFC, and blessed be the fruit of thy pass rush. Holy Lord, Father of the swim move, we pray for our QB hurries to be numerous and our sacks to be plentiful. Be with us in Victory and at the hour of our Defeat. Amen.

good article. i like his exploration of some of the less-discussed positions on the offense, particularly TE. haven’t heard a whole lot about the TE position here lately – for being as lauded as Nelson was at the draft we’ve heard barely anything about him.

It's because he can't really block...
so they are having him learn receiver routes and to quote, his “head is spinning”. Nelson is the future of the position but no where close yet. You’ll see him in a limited basis and purely as a receiving option. I look forward to Fine beating out Schouman, unless the latter has some sort of intense improvement. Either way, both can block and catch, which is all I care about. Let the playmakers i.e. Owens, Lynch, Evans et al. make the plays, our TEs just need to move the chains. Nelson will come along eventually.
