NFL.com's Jason La Canfora reporting that Buffalo Bills OG Eric Wood has signed his rookie contract. It's reportedly five years and worth a maximum of $13 million.

when i saw that my first thought was that £13 million did not seem like a lot
then i thought how can $2.5 million a year not seem like alot.
lets hope he plays well enough that he can ask for a new contract in two or three years time and that buffalo are willing to give it to him

it’s nice to have Wood on the inside. A hard working Wood presents stiff competition for d-lines. He should have no problem pounding the opposing lines into submission. I’m glad he he’s excited as well. Plug Wood into any hole inside and expect good results. I expect our gaps to be much larger because of Wood.

If they go signing bonus route like the Seahawks, expect the salary figure to be higher, in the range of 5 years, $12M, with a $6.5M signing bonus
It’s a little higher but the $13M is with incentives.
