First of all, even this is my first FanPost, I have been a daily reader of Buffalo Rumblings since Panda-watch, and I can't begin to tell you how great you guys are. I agree with the "Brian for President" thread, and Brian, you should know that you consistently put the sports writing here in NYC to shame. The fact that you're a "Lost" fan only adds to your legend.
So my question--and forgive me if it's been discussed elsewhere--is this: has there ever been a situation like ours, where we will probably man all five O-line positions with different players than the previous season, that has had success its first year?
I know that Pittsburgh had a lot of turnover in their O-line the past few seasons, and obviously they won the Super Bowl last year, but if I remember correctly, their O-line was a concern all last season, and so they won basically despite their O-line, not because of it. I'm not sure if we have that same luxury.
Thanks in advance for any insight you guys can provide.
