Essentially Florio saying that regionalization to Toronto is a good thing to keep the Bills in Buffalo. Nothing new, really.

I almost never do this, but I'll entirely agree with Florio here
Florio is right in recognising that the Bills’ Toronto Series is a necessary evil for the Bills to stay in Buffalo. Does it suck? Yes. Is it necessary? Unfortunatly, yes.
