From ESPN Insider: The Buffalo Bills have been trying to replace linebacker Keith Ellison in their starting lineup for three years, but he's not making it easy on them, reports The Buffalo News. Allen Wilson writes that Ellison is pulling away from those acquired to end his run in the starting lineup. The Bills drafted Oklahoma safecty Nic Harris, converted him to linebacker and thought he'd take the job from Ellison, a 2006 draftee. But Ellison isn't having any of it. "He keeps hanging around," defensive coordinator Perry Fewell said. "He's like a boxer that keeps jabbing, jabbing and punching and doesn't get knocked out." It's as if the team/coaches want him off the field, but refuse to bring in someone better. Describing a guy as a boxer who somehow doesn't get knocked out, but doesn't knock anyone out is kind of funny....
