Bills coach Dick Jauron on the value of practicing in the rain

Huh? Didn't the Bills specifically NOT practice in the cold and snow during the regular season in previous years? But rain is ok?

Since when does he have his team practice outside? He keeps them in the freakin’ bubble all season.
Is Jauron finally learning the importance of practicing in the elements? Probably not, but there is a sliver of hope now!

The changes Dick’s coaching style are becoming more numerous by the day. Could it be that he’s finally maturing into a good NFL c… coa… cc… sorry, I just can’t finish that sentance.

….good NFL coach.
I like him…have always liked him. He just trusts his players a little too much. I think he is finally realizing he needs to push them a little harder rather than just relying in them to get the job done.
When he has a winning season this year I will be glad they signed him to his three year deal last year.

Maybe he will start having the Offense practice vs a 34 defense, or dare I say 8 in coverage!!!!
