- It doesn't look like Bills CB Drayton Florence will play against New England as the veteran recovers from a sprained knee. "He did a little bit (today)," coach Dick Jauron said. "I wouldn't rule it out completely, but I wouldn't be overly optimistic either."
-Bills LB Ashlee Palmer is the only rookie free agent to make the opening day roster. "We saw size, speed, athleticism," defensive coordinator Perry Fewell said. "He learned the defense quickly. ... he had a knack for beating his blocker. That jumped out at us and we said, 'This kid's got something.' "

Bug vs. Windshield, Springs vs. Owens
Terrell Owens has had the upper hand in the matchup recently, averaging seven catches, 89.5 yards and scoring six touchdowns in the last four meetings. In a 2007 game in Dallas, Owens caught eight passes for 173 yards and four touchdowns in a 28-23 Cowboys win.

Moss, T.O. focused on game, not each other - AFC East - ESPN
Owens is the active leader in TDs scored on Monday Night Football. Let's hope he leaps closer to Jerry Rice's all-time record with 5 TD catches Monday. :-)
