Mission Accomplished.
We wanted a chance to restore the luster of Bills fans... well, we got ourselves on the front page of cbssports.com, thanks to a huge assist from Clark Judge. He says it in the article... but I might as well say it again... awesome job Buffalo Rumblings. You guys are the best!

Many, many thanks to Clark Judge not only for helping promote Tim’s work, but for throwing our little blog a link. :)

With the help of BuffaloRumblings.com, he asked for donations to McKelvin’s Kids Escaping Drugs program
was just gonna blockquote that – NJ everyone!

Well Thurman, I think your going to clear your goal of 2500 bucks now, might want to bump it up to 2800! ;-)
Good work though man, and I don’t mean just for getting Brian’s blog pimped either! This was a great idea, and I am glad you stepped up with something that is truly a concrete example of good fanship.
As my mother once said, common sense isn't as common as it should be, I'm looking at you Fewell, common sense says to play UP on the line against the slant.
Again well done!
That’s great of Judge to do something like this, and well-deserved recognition for you, Tim. I hope this compels many more to donate.

Tim...
You are a TRUE Bills fan, excellent idea and better follow-through. You not only made the important point get through to OBD that we are here for them through thick and thin, but you also got some major recognition for Rumblings and for non-vandalizing Bills fans. Thank you.

Great job
Congratulations to Tim, I hope this gesture be an example for all fans from all teams. Well done guys.
Wow- $500 donation just rolled in.
Tim, your going to have to raise the goal for sure now! Great job. I really can’t believe how big this has gotten….it’s really interesting to watch. I find myself checking the amount a few times a day. (I know, I have no life….) I hope Leodis recognizes the effort.
Hope Leo sees it all
I’m sure the Bills PR staff will be on it. Hope they recognize Tim’s efforts, maybe even match the donation total.

Goal raised... Can't believe it!
I almost feel bad raising the goal given how generous everyone have been so far, but I want to make sure everyone knows they can still donate!
Also, I am so impressed by fans from other teams that have decided to donate… just unreal. This is really what sports are about, bringing people together.

Great Tim. Let’s hope more people pick it up and we reach every ear that heard of these hooligans.

For those who say...
that one person (Tim) or a small group of people (Rumblings Nation) can’t make a difference. What I would say is that giving is contagious. The thing is that it doesn’t matter why you give (money or time), if it is b/c you are passionate about the cause or it just makes you feel better about yourself, just give. I am so proud to be apart of the Rumblings Nation, even though I have not posted a lot the past several months.
Great job everybody!!!
