Taking that column
at face value it’s obvious that Schonert was insubordinate. I agree that you can’t have an OC or any other position coach not listening to the head coach. Whether or not Jauron’s philosophy is right is irrelevant, that type of behavior will absolutely kill a team before they even step on the field.
