Someone has really got to explain to me why Garrett's name isn't coming up in coaching vacancy discussions. He is in his third year of being the offensive coordinator for the Cowboys and that unit has been nothing but superb. I'm sure people will just say that he has players but that doesn't matter much. He is both teaching them great skills but also being very creative in his play calls.
The Bills have had offensive problems for ages and could use a strong young mind to help revive things here. He has clearly shown the ability to control egos and talent.
The only thing that I've heard is that he is the highest paid coordinator in the league and that it will take some money to get him away from Jerry Jones. However, I would think that he would love to have the opprotunity to be a head coach. Why hasn't he even been interviewed? The Bills, Seahawks, no body even seemed to look his direction. That confuses me.
