I am sure Kelly would strap on the chin strap and #12 again if that is what it took the "Chin" to come to Buffalo
Glad to hear that Kelly, Thomas and others are thoroughly involved with “Selling Buffalo” to Cowher. I still don’t think it is going to happen because the job would have been his by now if Cowher wanted it. However, that doesn’t mean that Kelly and company can’t be influential in changing Cowher’s mind or driving home a good sales pitch.
The next coach or QB will be adorned by fans if he can turn this franchise around. Anything to give fans a person to rally behind and a bright light for the future is so desperately needed.
Cowher already has his legacy. Look how badly people want him to coach in Buffalo. He’s being careful so he doesn’t pull a Joe Gibbs, i’d say.

Coward.
If Coward is so scared of being Joe Gibbs II, then we don’t want him,
He built two super bowl winners with the Steelers, one uner his command, one under Tomlin’s., If he can’t do it again, he doesn’t deserve 10 mil a year from any GM who is sane.
There's not a wide receiver who is fast enough, that J.P. Losman can't overthrow him on a fly pattern.

Give it a rest, man
You’re acting like you know exactly what Cowher is thinking and why he might not want to coach in Buffalo. It’s getting ridiculous how much scorn you have for a guy who has not said anything one way or the other what his plans are, nor the reasons for those plans.
Do you really think the reason Cowher wouldn’t come to Buffalo is because he’d be scared of facing Bill Belichick or not being able to turn the Bills into a winner quickly?

"As the governor of Louisiana once said, the only way Chris Kelsay can lose his job is if he got caught in bed with a dead girl or a live boy."
Agreed. The next QB and coach combo that brings us back to the playoffs and winning seasons will be looked at like Kelly, Bruce, Thurman, Reed, Marv, etc… If Cowher doesnt want to do it then hes not going to. I appreciate what Kelly is doing trying to “sell” it to Cowher, but its up to him.
With that being said I want a coach that WANTS to be here. Ill like it if Cowher comes, but I want someone who wants to be here. Not just because its a job opening.

He said off camera he’s been extremely busy but plans on calling Cowher, vowing to try and "sell him on the upside of turning the Buffalo franchise around".
