Five weeks into the 2010 fantasy football season (and the Buffalo Rumblings Premier League in particular), one thing is clear: things are not going too well for Ron Swanson's Mustache.
I thought it'd be fun to take a few minutes this morning to update y'all on the progress of Rumblings' official fantasy league with a brief set of power rankings. Yes, I promise I'll be objective. Just know that Ron Swanson's Mustache will not be denied a league championship.

no offense thejimbo, but 10 team league and you’re using buffalo’s defense??? That should probably only happen in a 32 person league where you were the last person to pick a defense.

In my other league I have Schaub & Palmer and I am hurting bad…

I’ve learned my lesson, they are back on the waivers where they belong. Can’t let homerism mess up your fantasy team : ) Atleast they finally got a pick last week, geez.

Yes, I was forced to go with pairs from 2 teams because both those teams lack a commitment to one back. Yuck. I just had to have Peyton Manning and Larry Fitzgerald in rounds 1 and 2. Mistake.

I beat eric this week! LOL. With Randy Moss I was hoping that Favre would be solid again but his elbow thing is killing me!

I still think Brett can turn it around though.

His consecutive streak pride may not allow it to fully heal this season. He’s still a better QB at 41 than many are at 31.

Yeah I messed up this week. I thought Kolb vs the 49ers defense would be better then Orton vs the Ravens defense. It wasn’t even close. I also left Louis Murphy on my bench because of a hunch. If I had played him instead of Lance Moore who gave me a big fat zero it would have been closer. But that is how it works.
No weekend spent pantsless is a wasted weekend.
I left Lloyd on my bench in my other league for the same reason.

I grabbed Arian Foster in both my leagues one in the final round and one in the middle rounds. The dude was bound to be a stud. Coaching staff loved him, Ben Tate had proven nothing, Steve Slaton was overrated and any back in that offense was going to produce. Once Tate went down, it was clear Foster would be a top 10 back. But best back in fantasy? I’d be lying if I said that thought EVER crossed my mind.

I would also agree that keysh’s team has serious championship aspirations. If Steven Jackson gets back to 100%, I fear the kind of run keysh’s squad can go on!

These injuries are killing me....
Pierre Thomas, Beanie Wells, Michael Bush, Jay Cutler, and now Finley. I’m being shredded by injuries at this point. If MoJo can get going, I should be ok.
The undefeated will fall this week.

I was just thinking the same thing.
Ugh. My situation is soooo crappy. McFadden, Breaston out. Collie Favre injured. I have to start KUHN for crying out loud. Jerome Harrison’s a waste when I thought he’d be the Browns starter this year. My team is such a mess.
Now my work FF team is full of studs. Starting Big Ben over Schaub this week. Harvin, Lloyd, Calvin Johnson if his shoulder is OK. Addai hopefully will play, too. Still shocked nobody wanted to trade for Big Ben two weeks ago but after the game he has today maybe someone will want him and I can get another starting RB.

You’re still laying waste to me this week. It’s really bad, my team. It’s full of guys who should be producing, but aren’t. It’s just disappointing because if I don’t repeat, i’m not in the league next season. It’s a good one to be a part of.
