I am already trolling the mock drafts for 2011.  One draft site (drafttek) lets you prioritize what you think your team needs and then projects the draft.  In putting a priority on a stud DE and a franchise QB this site had the Bills picking the following:

1st round - 1st overall - Robert Quinn - DE - North Carolina

2nd round - Jake Locker - QB - Washington

3rd round - Olrando Franklin - OT - Miami

4th round - Joseph Barksdale - OT - LSU

4th round - Lynch trade - Lance Kendricks - TE - Wisconson

5th round - Chris Galippo - ILB - USC

6th round - Titus Young - WR - Boise State

7th round - Ryan Van Bergen - DE - Michigan

In my opinion the first four picks are what we need bad.  If we are able to pick up some talent through free agency on the defensive side of the ball we would be a better team.  Your thoughts.
